VENDOR SPACE OPPORTUNITY

Early Bird Vendor Spots are $150. Vendor space is still available.
After April 1st 2013,  higher prices will prevail

Vendor spots available for $250 includes a 6 foot  table and 2 chairs

Exhibit space includes one table (generally 3 by 6 feet, including two chairs).
Space will continue to be available until sold out.
In certain cases wall locations are limited and we can not assure any specific location for our vendors.
Best locations are assigned on a when paid basis as well.

ALL OFFICIAL TABLES ARE $250 EACH  and include 4 passes to the FearCON.  Set-Up times will be emailed to all vendors a few weeks prior to the event.  All vendors must be approved before ordering tables. Kindly send a description of merchandise you plan on selling to director@phxfearfilmfestival along with the application. Please note that vendors must have the appropriate government licenses (usually sales tax resale numbers that you can get on a temporary basis if you don’t have one).

In order to sell at any Arizona convention you must have a sales tax license.
